All Purpose Performance 10W-40 engine oil provides stable clutch performance, strength to protect the engine from wear and tear of daily use. A precise blend of top quality mineral base oil and Ultra-Clean additives provide superior anti-frictional properties.
Yamaha now recommends 10W-30 oil (55-9566) as it is better for inverter generator engines. Generator engines are subjected to frequent start-ups and are under constant loads all day long. 10W-30 features high-quality base oils, and an additive package to protect against wear.
